Option 1: Using a soft measuring tape. Measure around the chest, just under the armpits. Measure again around the waist, just under the belly button. Refer to our size chart so see which size is closest to your measurements.

Lay string flat and measure with hard measuring tape or ruler. Refer to our size chart so see which size is closest to your measurements.
